We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period.

4. User Content and Submissions

You retain ownership of all content you create using our Service, including form designs and collected responses. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

You agree not to use the Service for:

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
